By accessing or using Champfy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

Champfy is available for users aged 18 or older. By using Champfy, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. Description of Services

Champfy provides a platform for users to connect with others for sports activities. The service is free to use for finding partners, but users may incur fees when joining local leagues, which are handled via a third-party payment processor, Stripe. Review their privacy policy.

4. User Code of Conduct

You agree to use Champfy in a respectful and lawful manner. The following behaviors are prohibited:

  • Abusive or offensive language
  • Profanity or discriminatory behavior
  • Spamming other users
  • Violation of sportsmanship principles

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination.

5. Assumption of Risk and Waiver of Liability

By using Champfy and participating in any sports activities, you understand and agree that:

  • You assume all risks related to physical or emotional injury, paralysis, death, or damage to property.
  • Champfy is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages arising from your participation in sports activities. This includes, but is not limited to, risks such as slipping, falling, exhaustion, or injuries from other players.
  • You voluntarily participate in all activities at your own risk and agree to release Champfy from any claims related to injury or property damage.

6. Account Suspension and Termination

You can delete your account at any time through the platform settings page. Champfy reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, the privacy policy, or the Code of Conduct. Users whose accounts are suspended for violations may lose access to the platform permanently.

7. Data Collection and Privacy

We collect personal information such as full name, email address, mailing address, date of birth, gender, and cellphone number in order to provide our services. We also use cookies and tracking technologies to enhance user experience. Please refer to our privacy policy for detailed information on how your data is used and protected.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on Champfy, including logos, designs, and branding, are the intellectual property of Champfy. Users are prohibited from using this content without explicit permission.

9. Payment and Refunds

Payments for sports leagues and events are processed via Stripe. Any disputes related to payments should be handled directly with Stripe. Champfy does not issue refunds for league fees or other services unless specified otherwise in event terms.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any disputes arising out of these Terms or your use of Champfy, the dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration under the laws of the state of Florida, USA.

11. Modifications to Terms

Champfy reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting, and continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
